A series of BITC / NBTN events are planned for this year with the first of these taking place during February and March. Cycle to Work Guarantee Toolkits have been produced and these will be launched at the first event in Birmingham and available at the other events. They can be found here:
The workshops will help organisations reap the benefits of reducing the impact of their employees' commuting and business travel. Focusing in particular on cycling to work, there will be toolkits and presentations from experts and companies taking action in this area.
The event will also be introducing Business in the Community’s partnership with the Department for Transport and the National Business Travel Network, with information about the new BITC/NBTN Regional Excellence Awards for Sustainable Travel.
Organisations taking action on corporate responsibility or sustainability including: CR professionals, sustainability practitioners, environmental managers, facilities managers, human resources and travel planners. All workshops are free for NBTN members.
