Buckinghamshire County Councils next annual conference will be held at Pinewood Studios on 30th October and will be addressing how flexible working practices link into travel plans, HR issues, reducing the need to travel for work, best practice examples and the business case for implementing these practices. It has become evident that technology can aid this work by reducing the need to travel at all, allowing home working, using conference calls and video conferencing and general flexible working policies.
